Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?

You can cancel or change your order before you submitted the payment. Usually we process your order once the payment has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. If the item has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel or change your order.

How do I check my order status?

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order within 1 - 2 working day. Tracking information will then be sent by email.

What do i do if I receive a different item to what I have ordered?

We apologise for what may have been an error incurred from our dispatch centre. Please contact us with your order number. We will resolve this mistake as soon as possible.

Can I pay with my bank card or credit card?

Yes, you can pay by using your bank card or credit card via Paypal.

 

Do your prices include GST on the website?

Yes, all our prices are GST included.

What happens if I do not have a credit card?

You can pay by Bank Deposit, it will allow you to pay from your bank account via Internet banking service.

Is your site safe for using credit card?

Paypal uses advanced encryption and state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) so you can be assured that your information will be protected from any unauthorised usage. You can also be assured that your confidential information will remain confidential.

How long does it take to confirm my payment?

We will dispatch your order within 1 - 2 business days after your payment is cleared in our account. Paypal credit card payment will clear immediately and Bank transfer payment will clear in 1 - 2 business days.

How do I get answers to specific product questions?

Email us your question to sales@7daysplumbing.com.au, we will try our best to answer the question as soon as possible. Please including product model number in the email.

Are parcels covered by transit insurance?

All delivery shipments are fully insured. But you need to check the item when you receive it before you sign for the "Received in good condition" and report any damaged item within 24 hours.

What is handling and freight time on most products?

Handling time is usually takes 1 – 2 business days and freight time can take anywhere from 2 – 8 days depending on location.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Most of our products are in stock, but how ever if they are not in stock from the manufacturers we will contact you and give you a refund or we can agree to wait for the product to come in.

Can we pick up products from the store?

If products are purchased through store online they will have to be shipped at the moment, if you would like to pick up please call and see if we have them in stock and your more then welcome to come to our store and pick up the product.

How long is warranty on products?

Most products come with a minimum of one year warranty but please check on with manufacturers or contact us to see how long warranty on product is.

Do you return products purchased online?

Yes products can be returned which are purchased online - they will incur 20 percent restocking fee and purchaser pays for shipping back to store.

Can quotes be made for big orders and big quantity?

Yes if you would like a bulk order please send us an email to sale@7daysplumbing.com.au

Can we organise pick up ourself?

Yes we can arrange for pick up to be made with freight organised by the buyer please email us at sales@7daysplumbing.com.au

Why does it cost so much for freight or products?

Most of our products are covered with insurance and also posted on a pallet.

Are most items in stock?

Yes a lot of our products are in stock if they are not in stock they usually take 2 days which is our handling time.

What days are you open?

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm

Saturday 7:30am to 4:30pm. Sunday 9:00am to 2:00pm

Do you make custom made vanities?

Yes we do if you have a design you would like please come and see us or send us an email to sales@7daysplumbing.com.au

I'm looking for a product but can't find it, can you help?

Send us an email and we can give you a price and help you on purchasing your product.

What happens if item I received was damaged or incorrect?

If item is damaged or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours to solve the issue or send us an email as soon as possible.

Do you post to PO Boxes?

We do not post items to PO Boxes only to street address and someone must be available for receiving the order
