Shipping & Returns
We provide our customers with fast and safe delivery Australia wide, we use live shipping software , prices may vary depending on time and areas in Australia. Deliveries in Australia usually take 2 – 9 days, customers are welcome to organise shipping on their behalf and can place orders through email which is email@example.com
If customers are not home during delivery shipping companies will leave a calling card, however if they forget to leave a calling card please contact us and we will give you a tracking number. Shipping companies can organise a time to redeliver goods to the same address.
Sometimes items shipped could also be delivered to Australia post so please check your local post office for delivery as well.
We will do our best to ensure customer get the purchase quick and safe, but accident do happen. So we ask all customer to check the content of the parcel when you receive the delivery BEFORE sign for the parcel. In the case if anything broken, please accept the parcel but report to us immediately and put it in writing on the shipping document the delivery driver ask you to sign. In the case that the drive refuse you to check item before signing, please print [I did not check the items] or similar on the shipping document before sign for it. Check the items immediately, and report to us within 24 hours if anything damaged.
Transit time is only estimated working days the parcel will take to get to our customer after we send the parcel out.
Custom made orders can not be cancelled and refunds can not be given to change of mind or purchased by mistake.
Orders may be cancelled before delivery if item is in stock and customer and supplier have agreed to terms. Cancellations must be notified within the same day of purchase.
We do not accept returns if product was purchased by accident or mistake or change of mind, we will only refund if item was sent wrong on our behalf or was damaged before signing item was received in good condition.
Refunds will be given through credit details or paypal accounts through our support centre and can take up to 7 days to be refunded.
We will not accept refund if product packaging is not in good condition or item is not in original packaging.
You will be liable for any costs incurred relating to delivery or installation, where the Products have been delivered to you, unless the product is found to be faulty or damaged through no fault of your own.
